We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and your country’s customs procedures. In most cases, orders arrive within one week.

Please note: the indicated shipping time refers to the dispatch date from our print studio — not the exact delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy that aligns with international consumer protection laws.

Important notice: personalized items are non-returnable

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized posters (e.g., birth posters, star maps, music or city prints) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for customized prints unless the product arrives damaged or with a production error.

Return policy for non-personalized items

You may return eligible non-personalized items (such as frames) within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The protective seal on the glass has not been removed

  • The item is returned in the original packaging

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer only a partial refund.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@www.vlowy.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos (in case of damage or defect)

We will provide return instructions and shipping details. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
