These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through [www.vlowy.com] and govern the relationship between the customer and VLOWY (operated by EPIA B.V., registered in the Netherlands, KvK: 82583455, VAT: NL862527776B01).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Personalization

We specialize in personalized art products, including star maps, birth posters, music and city prints. Please ensure all entered data (e.g. names, dates, coordinates) is correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for errors provided by the customer.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices listed are in the selected currency and include applicable VAT (where applicable). Shipping is free unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay Later).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Production time is typically 3–5 working days.

Delivery time depends on your location and local customs procedures, and is usually within 7–10 working days.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Due to the nature of our products, personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.

Non-personalized items (e.g. frames) may be returned within 14 days if:

  • They are unused and in original condition;

  • The protective seal has not been broken;

  • The return is initiated via our customer service team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
